Bella Vista was inspired by Orange County-based Danielian Associates, one of the Southwestern U.S.'s most celebrated architectural firms. Its nearly four decades of expertise have translated into leadership on the local, national, and international levels in residential developments in the United States, China, Dubai, Pakistan, France, and Japan, in addition to Mexico. Architect Jose Luis Contreras Barriga was entrusted with enhancing this concept, with obvious results.
Nestled on the beaches of Baja Mexico, Bella Vista is a haven from bustling city life. No high rises. No traffic. Only the multi-tiered seaside Condos and beachfront Villas, each carefully constructed in the spirit of contemporary Baja Colonial seaside architecture atop a secluded landscape to ensure views of the seemingly endless sea and the picturesque coastal colony grounds.
Beyond the luxurious interiors of Bella Vista's homes, residents can revel in the tranquility of the colony as they walk cobblestone streets and lush gardens or sit beside one of the many sparkling fountains - there's more than 130,000 sq. ft. of traditional landscape to enjoy. Mexico's culture extends to every paved pathway and dome roof, including an aqueduct-like arcade that connects the residences with the club house known as El Corazon, the colony's crown jewel. |
