If you are interested in home ownership at Gardenhaus, we recommend a $1,000 Dollar refundable buyer post deposit in a US Escrow account through 1st America Title Insurance Company.

This deposit gets you in the “Priority Reservation Program”, with the opportunity to select your unit before other buyers.

You will be invited to sales event in August for unit selection, where the process will be as follows:

1. Post $ 1,000 Dlls deposit for” Priority Reservation Program “

2. Select your favorite town home model.

3. Post a $ 4,000 Dlls additional deposit to hold your selected town home for 4 weeks.

4. At end of 4 weeks, if you desire to proceed, you will sign a Promissory Purchase Agreement, with payment of 10% of purchase price of unit select. You may also select a 6 month payment plan for the 10% deposit.

5. Post construction advance deposit of 10% upon unit rough construction     top-off (roof is finished).

6. Upon unit completion, payment of balance is due; cash or your selected mortgage financing option.
