  About Baja California
Located in northwestern Mexico on the Baja California Peninsula, this state has the waters of the Pacific Ocean to the west and the Gulf of California to the east. The region’s unbeatable desert and sea landscapes and its many legends will captivate you.
In this state you’ll find the mountain landscapes and wooded areas at parks San Pedro Martir and Constitucion de 1917 fascinating. The biodiversity in these areas offers the ideal setting for an ecotourism outing.
In Tijuana, one of the state’s most important border cities, you can see various cultural events at the modern Centro Cultural, including the International Dance Festival and the Opera Festival. During your visit, you can visit the fertile valleys of Guadalupe, San Antonio, Santo Tomas and San Vicente, which make up part of Mexico’s famous wine producing region. The state also hosts many important food festivals throughout the year, such as the Paella and Wine Fair, the Seafood and Fish Festival, the Tequila Festival and the Caesar Salad Festival (the Caesar salad was created in this state). All of these events allow you to enjoy the creativity that goes into Baja California cuisine.
In the state’s northwestern region, you can visit the port of Ensenada, which draws many tourists each winter to witness the migration of the gray whale.
Rosarito
Less than 19 miles from Tijuana is located the beautiful town of Rosarito, known for their beaches, where people practice all kind of aquatic sports and horseback riding. Rosarito has a party atmosphere, and counts with comfortable hotels and exclusive seafood restaurants. Here you can eat the famous fish tacos or go to night clubs and dance all night. During the summer they have concerts and massive events on their beaches.
Puerto Nuevo
This little town is famous for their original lobster recipe, and it has a very strong tradition, it is one of places of the citizens of Tijuana and southern California do not miss. Estimate time from Tijuana : 45 min.
Ensenada
Ensenada is located only 70 miles south of the international border with San Diego, CA.
Nested on the shore of “Todos Santos Bay”, Ensenada is a captivating city of timeless enchantment with a tradition of gracious hospitality and a wealth of historical, cultural, gastronomic and natural attractions. Take advantage of its great Mediterranean climate, delight in deep sea fishing and seasonal gray whale watching tours, playing tennis, golf or surf. Just a few miles south you can visit "la Bufadora".

Tecate
In this small and serene little town, you will find a natural and majestic scenery to calm the your senses. Tecate offers you the famous Rancho la Puerta spa, know internationally for its soothing and rejuvenators treatments, with many recreational opportunities to relax and enjoy the great outdoors. You can also visit some of its archeological sites, with its many primitive paintings, and many artifacts from the native people of the land. Also visit its legendary brewery and enjoy a cold one named alter the city. Don't miss the famous bakeries, containing the finest traditional sweet breads of Mexico. Mexicali
Come and visit Mexicali, the capital of Baja California. Learn about their history, culture, economy, agriculture and industry. In their cuisine you will find an extended variety of Chinese food restaurants and a lot to listen and see, especially during the Fiestas del sol. Its located an hour and a half away from the Indio casinos, Palm Springs and Viejas where you can have fun.

San Felipe
In winter or summer, San Felipe is the place to enjoy the sea, sand and sun. If you want to have fun, San Felipe is the best place for your vacations, with endless activities to do from adventure fishing to exciting motorcycle rides. Or if what you want is to rest, San Felipe is the right place for quiet vacations with relaxing activities like walking on the beach or just appreciating the sunset.
